By registering for the From “Someday” to Submitted – 2-Day Application Challenge (“the Challenge”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Purchase
   All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Limited-Time Replay Access
   

   Participants will receive access to session replays for 7 calendar days following the conclusion of the Challenge. After this 7-day window, replay access will expire and may be removed without further notice. It is the responsibility of the participant to view or download any available materials within this access period. Replay availability and duration are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.

3. Personal Use Only
   All Challenge materials, including video content, worksheets, and any downloadable or viewable resources, are intended solely for the registered participant’s personal use. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. VIP Coaching Calls
   Participants who register for the VIP tier will receive access to one (1) private coaching session. This session must be scheduled and used within thirty (30) calendar days of the Challenge end date. Unused sessions will be forfeited and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. No Guarantees
   Participation in the Challenge does not guarantee submission of an ABPTS Oncology application, approval of said application, or passing of the specialist certification exam. The Challenge is an educational support tool and should not be construed as professional or legal advice.

6. Modification & Termination
   The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Challenge, its content, or access at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
